An independent third-party body (ODV – Organismo di Vigilanza) constantly verifies the adequacy of the Model and Code of Ethics, operating autonomously but in collaboration with management.
Organisational Model
Since 2012 we have adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, guaranteeing transparency, security and rigorous compliance with ethical standards.
