Ricotta Soresina is a fresh grainy cheese made only from 100% Italian cow’s milk. Soft, crumbly and with a mild, delicate flavour, it is a light and digestible cheese. It can be eaten as it is naturally, with honey or jam, or used to prepare sweet or savoury recipes, such as tarts, cassatas, cannoli, lasagne or ravioli.
