Scamorza Soresina cheese
Scamorza Soresina is a stretched-curd cheese made only from 100% Italian cow’s milk. It is available in two versions: White and Smoked. The White is the classic version, which maintains the natural flavour of milk. Smoked is the version with an intense flavour because it undergoes a natural smoking process that gives it its typical flavour and darker rind.
