Taleggio PDO cheese

Taleggio Soresina is a soft cheese made from whole cow’s milk. Its consistency is compact and creamy, with a mild and aromatic flavour and a slightly sharp note. It can be eaten naturally as it is, with bread or fruit, or be used to prepare delicious and refined recipes, such as polenta, risotto, focaccia or crostini.
